I had lower back pain and my Doctor recommended I go and see a Chiropractor for treatment. Through searching and word of mouth I found Performance Health. Not only was Dr Tapak extremely professional he was also able to help me with a shoulder injury that I had. Going in I had no idea that Dr Tapak also does soft tissue therapy. Thank you Dr Tapak for taking me out of pain. Keep up the good work!!

I suffer from back and hip pain since I have scoliosis. In an episode of severe pain, I met Diane who explained to me clearly what were their professional services, both chiropractic and acupuncture. She evaluated my case and immediately began treatment. From the first session, I felt much better and after a few weeks I recovered completely. I followed the complementary workout that Diane suggested. With that I have strengthened the muscles and have maintained better posture.
